The St. Francis Chardonnay 2014 is a warm and fruity Chardonnay that will bring to mind bakeries and tropical locales. The warm and sunny 2014 growing season produced succulent fruit, which was crafted into a likewise rich white wine. Aromas of tropical fruit, mango peel, peach, and honey mingle on the nose. Flavors of baked apple and pear galette coat the palate and lead to a long, creamy finish. This satisfying white wine will pair excellently with herb crusted halibut, soft cheeses, or roasted yellow squash.
