The Rombauer Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is a fruit-forward red wine with a full body and bakery essence. The grapes for this wine were carefully hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Gentle basket pressing and subsequent aging in French oak barrels lend a pure and rich flavor to the finished wine. Aromas of fresh cherry pie, blackberry, currant, and hints of spice rise out of the glass. The palate is loaded with flavors of black cherry, baked pie crust, sweet vanilla, and currant. Supple tannins lead to a lingering finish.
