The Frank Family Vineyards Chardonnay 2013 beams with sunny aromas and flavors. A pale straw color in the glass, warm aromas of tropical fruit, marzipan, and honeysuckle waft enticingly to the nose. The palate is a beautiful medley of sweet vanilla, pear, and Meyer lemon. These bright fruits lead to a creamy mid palate, with stone fruits and ripe citrus, and a bite of green apple on the finish. The wine is nicely balanced and has a lingering finish.
