The Mr. Riggs Cold Chalk Chardonnay 2013 is a light, bright, and beautifully textured white wine. Enchanting fruit aromas lead into a palate that is cool and flinty, with a palate that the winemaker affectionately describes as, “like drinking cold chalk soup.” If you are enthusiastic about chalky texture in Chardonnay wine, then this is the bottle for you.

This white wine is made from fruit that was whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast. It was fermented and aged in old French oak.
