The Snoqualmie Merlot 2011 is a rich, fruity red wine with a variety of spice and herb flavors. The grapes were grown in the Columbia Valley on the east side of the Cascade Mountains. Warm, sunny days and cool evenings create an ideal environment for aromatic and flavorful grapes. This wine was aged for 11 months in American and French oak barrels. Aromas of rich black cherry and spice mingle with herbs in the glass. Juicy berry fruit and sweet oak follow on the palate.
