The Efeste Final Final Red 2012 is a luxurious red wine blend that is full of mature, rich fruit flavors. The red blend incorporates 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Syrah for a bold and complex red wine. Mourvedre (3%) and Cabernet Franc (2%) round out this red blend and provide balance. The grapes for this wine were hand sorted and aged in 100% French oak barrels, half of which were new. This robust red wine will be welcome at any dinner table. It will pair well with rich red meat dishes such as pan seared steak.
