The Spottswoode Field Book Syrah 2013 brims with elegant fruit flavors and spice aromas. The nose is full of fresh flowers, black cherry, rose potpourri, and lightly spiced white pepper. The palate is nicely structured and deeply flavored, with notes of tart rhubarb, fresh blueberry, and warm cinnamon and clove spices. This wine is full-bodied and finds an excellent balance and a persistent, flavorful finish.

Enjoy this red wine with a variety of dinner menus, including grilled lamb, lamb shawarma, or grilled and seasoned eggplant.
