You’ll adore the flavors and pairing potential of this Inniskillin Riesling Icewine 2014. This lovely dessert wine shows vibrant aromas of peach, ripe pear, and fresh lime. On tasting, the wine is sumptuous and sweet, with a lively acidity. Flavors of honey, apricot, and mango mingle in perfect balance.

This dessert wine is perfect for enjoying on its own. It’s a delightful after-dinner indulgence. However, it also pairs nicely with foods like brie and lavender honey, seared scallops with apple celery slaw, and classic spiced baked apples.

My fianc and I went to a wine tour at the Inniskillin winery, we tried many different kinds, and I have to say that I was not a huge fan of this particular wine. If you like something very sweet in a wine, then I would say this wine is for you! Myself, I prefer something a little milder, but I am not particularly partial to sweet things to begin with.
