There’s something magical about this combination, with the elegant strawberries and woodsy thyme in harmony. This sparkling cocktail looks as good as it tastes, too, with its pretty pink hue and vibrant thyme garnish. Of course, the Champagne is the star of this show, providing the perfect bubbly base for this sophisticated cocktail. Enjoy sipping on this sparkler all season long.

I love champagne and I am glad this recipe uses Brut champagne as champagne can be too sweet at times. I' definitely going to try this cocktail. I love herbs too and grow my own. I have thyme in my garden and I am going to make this syrup. I have never thought about making something like this. I'm going to get experimenting now. I like rosemary a lot, I wonder what I can come up with to use that?
