I love champagne and I am glad this recipe uses Brut champagne as champagne can be too sweet at times. I' definitely going to try this cocktail. I love herbs too and grow my own. I have thyme in my garden and I am going to make this syrup. I have never thought about making something like this. I'm going to get experimenting now. I like rosemary a lot, I wonder what I can come up with to use that?
